Service: FoxyFy Web Map (“FFW”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the FoxyFy Web Map service (“Service”) provided via https://foxyfy.net.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. About the Service

FoxyFy Web Map (FFW) is a web-based interactive map solution that can be integrated into WordPress websites using the official FoxyFy plugin. The Service allows users to embed and display map content on their websites. Depending on the purchased license, additional features such as multiple markers may be enabled.

The Service is intended for personal, professional, and commercial website usage and does not include hosting services or uptime guarantees.

2. Eligibility

To use FoxyFy Web Map, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate purchase and contact information.
  • Agree to these Terms.

3. Service Scope

FoxyFy Web Map provides:

  • A WordPress plugin to integrate interactive maps into websites.
  • Map rendering and display functionality within supported environments.
  • License-based feature access, including optional multi-marker support.

License Usage: The Service is licensed, not sold. Each license grants the right to use the plugin according to its terms and limitations.

The Service does not include:

  • Website hosting or server infrastructure.
  • Guaranteed uptime, availability, or performance SLAs.
  • Unlimited usage beyond reasonable and intended website use.

4. Licensing and Payment

FoxyFy Web Map is offered under the following license models:

  • Yearly license
  • Lifetime license

All licenses are granted for a one-time or fixed-term payment. No subscriptions or recurring billing are used.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once access to the Service has been granted.

5. License and Access

You are responsible for using the plugin and license key in accordance with these Terms.

Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the plugin or license key outside your own websites or projects is prohibited.

Abuse, unauthorized distribution, or violation of license limitations may result in license revocation.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content, markers, locations, and data displayed using FoxyFy Web Map.

You must not use the Service to display or promote:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Infringing or unauthorized copyrighted material
  • Malicious, misleading, or deceptive content

FoxyFy does not actively monitor map content but reserves the right to disable licenses involved in unlawful or abusive use.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, code, design, branding, and documentation related to FoxyFy Web Map are the intellectual property of Chris Ahrweiler.

You retain full rights to your own website content and data displayed using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

No guarantees are made regarding:

  • Compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments
  • Continuous availability or error-free operation
  • Specific performance or visual outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FoxyFy Web Map and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Website downtime or data loss
  • Plugin incompatibility issues
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

FoxyFy reserves the right to suspend or revoke licenses if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Unauthorized distribution or abuse is detected
  • Illegal use of the Service occurs

11. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including German and EU regulations.

FoxyFy will respond to valid legal complaints or takedown requests.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

FoxyFy Web Map itself does not collect personal data by default.

Any data displayed on maps is controlled and managed by the website owner.

13. Changes to These Terms

FoxyFy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
