FFS is a high‑performance web server engineered for full‑stack delivery, including static assets, PHP scripts, WordPress routing, TLS, and more. 3. License and Pricing

The license is valid for one year. Renewal is required to continue access. No refunds are offered after purchase unless required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Server administration and configuration;

• Ensuring that the software is used for lawful and ethical purposes;

5. No Warranty / Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”. FoxyFy makes no warranties—including uptime, performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You install and use FFS at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoxyFy and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use or inability to use FFS—including loss of data, revenue, or business.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license in the last 12 months.

7. Termination

You may terminate your use at any time—no refunds will be issued.

FoxyFy may terminate or suspend the license if you violate these Terms or use FFS illegally. Upon termination, configuration files and license data may be invalidated.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to FFS software and materials belong to FoxyFy and its owner. You retain rights to your own content served by FFS.

9. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FFS complies with applicable laws—including data protection, copyright, and content regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

FoxyFy may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of FFS after changes indicates your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Germany law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany.
